The board meets and plans annual alumni banquet and business meeting for May

By April 10

Notifications sent to alumni, spouses, families and friends regarding annual alumni banquet and business meeting date and cost.

Scholarship applications submitted/postmarked to be considered for a scholarship award.

By May 10

Scholarship recipient(s) will be selected and notified of alumni banquet the last Saturday evening before Memorial Day with social hour at 5:00 p.m. followed by banquet at 6:00 p.m. and annual business meeting.

By July 1

Meet 30 days after annual business meeting. The first meeting of the board shall affirm each officer and officers affirmed shall serve until the first meeting of the board following the next meeting of the corporation the following year.

Send letter requesting donations for Shiloh Alumni Scholarship Foundation Fund and Activities Fund with promotion forms and return envelope.
